BRIEF
To develop a new concept to associate with Hurlingham Polo 1875 apparel and fashion brand, the new concept is based on a traditional Tea Room & Lounge with Retail Shop. To use quality ingredients, based around British Classics with an all Day Menu to suit the time of day, integrating the design with a fashion retail environment. The end result needs to extend into a franchise concept that is both transferable, notable and operationally focused
STRATEGY
Hurlingham Polo’s history and authenticity, laid open for developing an integrated Food & Beverage proposition that connects this iconic sport, through global travel, fashion and cultures.
Challenging the connectivity to provide an experiential and immersive culinary pitstop we stripped back the offer to provide a quality driven and authentic space for customers, embodying the ritual of Tea drinking throughout the times of the day.
Keeping the offer honest and simple is key to achieving its success.
RESULTS
The concept is still under its final stages, however due to open late 2021 early 2022, with business models developed for both the initial own operated Flagship and that of roll out franchise models.
