BRIEF
To develop a brand-new concept emphasising the heritage, and traditions of Asian/Filipino Food. The highlights of the concept needed to portray both Street Food and Asian Bakery. Finding an ideal site from design, brand and operational fit out to launch, including implementation of the F&B offer, all recruitment, training, product ranging, selection, PR & Marketing.
STRATEGY
A “Deep Dive” into the cuisine, culture and trends of the Philippines and influential neighbouring countries was carried out. Once the site was secured, we worked with the design architects to optimise the space, maintaining design integrity and operational necessities. The design and layouts were confirmed, contractors appointed, and our project management team engaged. Our delivery of the whole scope of works along with recruitment plan, induction and communication package for all aspects. During the process we provided operational and strategic support to the owner and management team for 24 months post-opening.
RESULTS
Kasa and Kin has received huge plaudits since opening and has established itself as a new addition to the Asian Restaurant scene, the financial performance grows from strength to strength as more customers discover this vibrant new concept/venue. London has allowed the brand to gain a foothold in the market and further expansion is planned, having developed a Franchise Model ready to launch more sites.
