BRIEF
To develop a group of existing Farm & Pigsty Buildings on the Whitbourne Estate into a multi-purpose venue, consisting of Award winning Restaurant, Events & Conference/Wedding Space, Lounge Bar, En Suite Accommodation and Art Gallery.
STRATEGY
To align with the ethos of the Organic Farming and Brand Values of the Estate, utilising the produce made available through the livestock, land and private shoot. Developing the Green Cow Kitchen Restaurant which opened in 2014 acting as the catalyst and over time the anchor point to the F&B proposition of the whole venue.
RESULTS
The £3m development opened in 2019 to huge plaudits since then the venue has been inundated with bookings and enquiries amounting to over £1m within the first 6 months.
PMC having mentored the team since 2015 at Green Cow Kitchens Restaurant and have taken a position on the Board of Directors as Director of F&B/Hospitality.
