STRATEGY

Developed an 8 day rotational menu with 8 different cuisines, 59 main course, providing fully authentic worldwide cuisines & maintain high nutritional/quality food standards.

Food provided over, Breakfast, Lunch, Snacking, Dinner & Overnight, balanced with fresh ingredients, spices, vitamins, minerals and nutritional complexities.

Procurement of 3rd party suppliers, ingredients & food retail products.

Design of 11 catering outlets FOH catering outlets along with 5 independent kitchens.
RESULTS
250,000 meals served over 20 days.
