BRIEF

Pat McDonald Consultancy was employed as F&B Operations Director to align the Euphorium Bakery and retail shops, in addition we were asked to develop a new range of Pastry & Bakery products and evolve the strategy for the group.

STRATEGY

The Central Production Unit required a total restructuring and alignment to assess the new product ranges, we did this over a 6 month period and delisted many of the existing lines as well as introducing a new series of individual, single portion items. The production team was involved at every part of our training and allowed us to swiftly shift change the standards overall.

RESULTS

The Project: Increased ATV’s and new ranges introduced. New Kitchen/Retail Installations: £750,000 Size: £3.5m over 8 retail shops
